End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of Total AV software ("Software") obtained through ErrorSquad.com. By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

License grant

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

Restrictions

You may not: copy, modify, or distribute the Software; reverse engineer or decompile the Software; remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Software; use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

Subscription and payment

The free version of Total AV is available with limited features. Premium subscriptions are billed annually. Pricing details are provided at the time of purchase. All purchases are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Updates and changes

The Software may automatically download and install updates. These updates may change the functionality of the Software. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must stop all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Governing law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
